Adelaide Wal, a member of a subspecies of Homo simion that lives in the water, has been instructed to come to shore in what is being called as a “conservation effort”.  Unamused but aware of her duty, Adelaide plans on building up a solid career base for herself first.

She was sent to Appaloosa Plains to live with Alexander Barbosa and his dog, Jason.  Alex is unemployed and a bit of a mix between “biker” and “rancher”, but his grandfather was a member of a similar subspecies, that live near/in volcanoes.  The man (at Adelaide’s insistance) built a bedroom for her onto his rather small house.

Aging is set to “off” until Adelaide achieves her Lifetime Wish of becoming a Master Thief.  No money, career, or social cheats will be used during this time.  Once the LTW is achieved, aging will be turned back on, and mood cheats will be disallowed.
